As inspiration…

Some of the topics we worked on at the previous on-site meeting in May at Tetra Pak, Lund:

• The factory tour showed system dependencies in Tetra Pak’s value chain
• Architecting “solution families” to deliver integrated use cases
• Product line engineering with base and variants; applying form/fit/function to both hardware and software
• Digital thread connecting suppliers and customers, enabling data insights across the value chain
• Tool suites for systems engineering, enabling PLM from requirements to operations

Participants agreed that topics such as these open good sharing of experiences and can be continued in future collaboration.
