Business Agility 2.0: Product Management community workshop

Most welcome to the first sprint 20 PdM community workshop that we organize January 28^th, 13:00 – 15:00. The topic of this workshop is ‘Business Agility 2.0’.

The topic of business agility received an amazing interest during sprint 19 and with a large number of participants both in the PdM workshop we organized (October 9^th) as well as in the Brown Bag seminar that we organized (November 30^th). We are grateful for this and we look forward to explore this topic further with you. For our definition and view of business agility 2.0  please see the picture below.

As the topic for this workshop, we focus on

1. how to bring agile practices to the non-software technologies, and
2. what are the preconditions/steps for achieving business agility 2.0, i.e. where/how to start?

You are most welcome to the workshop and we also ask you to please help us forward this invite to colleagues that you think might have an interest in this topic. We will share a detailed agenda when closer to the workshop. The workshop is virtual and the Microsoft Teams link can be found in the end of this invite.
